i keep forgetting to post
i lost 4.something pounds.
so now i weigh 136.4
and i have been going to the gym
i actually did a cardio kickboxing class yesterday. it was fun and work.
and i have been doing my stott pilates at home
we have been eating better as well
i have been limiting myself to 2 coffee ish drinks a week.
i am fickle though i have a new favorite the java chip from Starbucks (but the good think is that it has about 200 calories less than my old friend mr. mocha frappé
